Nicola Longo – Having grown up helping his mother cook family recipes in Napoli, Italy, Nic brings to tidbit his first hand experience in old world comfort food. He is continuously looking to bring the latest European food and wine trends to his guests at tidbit. His motto is “A tavola non si invecchia” (at the table with family and friends you don’t grow old).

John van Deinse – John developed his intense love of Mediterranean food, wine and lifestyle while living and traveling in Spain and Italy. A veteran of the Seattle restaurant scene, he welcomes each tidbit guest as he would a member of his own family. Ask him about his favorite grappa!

Chef Kurt Stolte – Kurt became interested in food at a young age watching his mother prepare dinner. Before long he was turning out dishes for family and friends. After cooking under chefs at a dozen Seattle restaurants, he decided to take the leap and become a chef himself. Kurt takes a simple approach to food, letting the natural flavor of the ingredients take center stage. He pays attention to the seasons and focuses on locally grown produce.
